Timezok does not share or sell your Personal Data with any third parties for direct marketing or other advertising purposes. We don’t do remarketing ads as well, so we will not even use your data regarding our marketing activities.
We only use your Personal data to make the necessary calculations and provide you insights regarding your meetings analytics, behavior & traction. You can find this information to your Personal dashboard. We aggregate your data based on your last 7- 14 - 28 days.
Additionally, we use your data as anonymized & aggregated events in order to provide aggregated data to other professionals that have similar expertise, position or team size. You can find this information in benchmark data. We provide this data only in case you want to check the benchmark report and see (anonymized & aggregated) data from other professionals.
We use calendar data from the last 56 days (8 weeks). After this period, we delete your data from our database.
In order to delete your data, you need to delete your account. You can delete your account from user profile page. By the time you delete it, it will take up to 24 hours to remove all your data from our data base.
